About Caitlin

Photography has a way of weaving itself into the places and people that shape us. I grew up in Texas, but nearly a decade ago I followed my curiosity west and landed in Los Angeles. It’s where I’ve built a life rooted in creativity, good design, and meaningful connection. While I’ll always miss my family back home, California has become the place where I feel most inspired, both personally and artistically.

A few things that bring me joy include live music, beach bonfires, boutique hotels, cooking something delicious (and healthy), my golden retriever Magnolia, and anything related to good design. I have a degree in graphic design, and growing up with an interior designer mom definitely shaped my love for thoughtful details and visual storytelling.

Photography has been a constant in my life for as long as I can remember. I was always the friend with the camera, shooting for the yearbook, capturing senior portraits, or simply documenting everyday moments. After college, I photographed my first wedding and immediately knew this was what I was meant to do.

What matters most to me is that my couples feel comfortable, cared for, and genuinely seen. I’m not just there to take photos. I want to be a calming presence, a creative collaborator, and someone you can fully trust with your day. Whether that means helping with timeline flow, offering design insight, or quietly documenting the in-between moments, I’m all in.
